Handling Author Complaints فارسی

• The editor-in-chief and the editorial board of the Journal of Stylistics and Analysis of Persian Poetry and Prose welcome logical and reasoned requests for reconsideration of the decisions of the editor-in-chief and the editorial board.
• It should be noted that these requests must be supported by strong evidence and reasons.
• Authors should provide strong evidence or new data/information in response to the comments of the editor-in-chief and reviewers for reconsideration requests.
• In this journal, every effort is made to make all final decisions based on the accurate opinions of the reviewers and the editors of the journal, so the editors of the journal usually rarely change their main decisions.
• However, if an author has a complaint about the final decision of the journal and thinks that there is a case for reconsideration, they should follow the steps below:
1. Provide logical, reasoned and acceptable reasons to the journal office that the reviewers have made a mistake in the evaluation.
2. Provide clear explanations for the reasons for disagreeing with the journal's decision.
3. Provide any new information or data that needs to be considered by the journal team in the review process.
4. If the author believes that there was a conflict of interest in the review process, provide their documents.
